MANHATTAN RUN: Absolute Beginners Run

Bring your not-yet-running friends and family to our first weekend run for absolute beginners.  We will meet at NYRR at 9:00 am, walk to Central Park, and go out for a very easy 3-mile run. We will run at a slow and comfortable pace, and take walking breaks when needed.
